Help with changing something on our phone...

on our company phone we have a couple different lines. At the moment it has someone saying the different lines. But one of the people that we have on the voice recording doesn't work here anymore. We would like to know how you change the greeting and the numbers. If you could help me out that would be great!If you have any questions let me know!
