can't forward calls. up until earlier today. suppo...

can't forward calls. up until earlier today. supposed to press "incoming" then 7411 then 9 and the number then speaker. Now the incoming button does nothing but answer calls. When pressed and not receiving a call such as to forward the lines nothing happens.
