I have a NEC DT 300 Series Model DLE (6D)Z-(BK) Desk Phone, Lot #237DFE-G. The phone is not ringing and voice mail is shut off. I do not have a manual to fix this. Can you please help me? Thank you, Michele McGraw PA Board of Probation and Parole (570) 963-4154
