Question About Mitel Telephone 4015
when I put a call on hold ...2 buttons lite up but...

when I put a call on hold ...2 buttons lite up but when I push "Hold" or the other one that is lit then it says locked out....I have to push the button where you hang up the phone in order to get the call back...what am I doing x?
