I AM WONDERING HOW I CAN CHECK A NUMBER FROM THE SWITCHBOARD WITHOUT ACTUALLY CALLING THE PERSON? I HAVE SEEN IT DONE BY REPAIRMEN, BUT I CAN'T FIND INSTRUCTIONS IN MANUAL ON HOW I CAN DO IT. THANKS.
