Question About Mitel Telephone 5312
Mitel 5312 IP Phone...

I have an end user that sets the volume on his handset and it continues to default to a different volume leve. He wants it at 10 but it continues to reset to 4. How do I make the default volume level 10?

0 trying to forward the 5312. after i press the blue superkey there is no >> button available... how do I forward it?

0 Apparently due to "safety concerns", the 5312 won't save a volume setting above 8.
