Question About Mitel Telephone SIP 5215-5220

I love my service and phone, BUT, they reset the system every month to ensre operation and functionality. The default volume gets thrown back to the lowest possible setting where you can barely hear it. How can I change the default or flsh the phone so I can make the default the highest volume?

0 I don't know if your 5215 behaves like my 5312, but it won't save the volume if it's raised above 8. So if you push it to 10, it will keep resetting itself to 5, while if you adjust it to 8, it should theoretically stay there.
