I have changed desks along with phones. I changed the voicemail greeting to my name but even after declaring "changes saved" it says the person that sat here before. I just need to know how to make the change from her name to mine. Or why it doesn't save when it says "changes saved". I have a telemarketer who keeps calling. I'm confusing them by saying it's not the person before me's phone when the voicemail still says her name. They won't stop calling because they don't believe it's not her phone anymore.
