I have a Mitel 1828 and a Mitel 1868 on separate extensions of the same main numbers. I am trying to figure out a: how to set up and use voice mail and b: how to pick up an incoming call to one extension on the other extension, or, failing that, how to set it up to forward the other extension after a certain number of rings. The company has been completely unhelpful. I hope someone out there can help me. thanks :)
