Hi, Trying to connect new phones 5224 and 5212 to my VIOP, i keep getting the error option 128 missing. also trying to change the location of one phone from one office to another and changing the name that also did not work. Do i have to log to each phone true the web browser and make those changes are better. i have changed them on my box and they don't appear on the phone. if that the case may i obtain the IP address from each phone? Please help
