I am in a new office and someone elses name is on the phone that I am now using (voice mail) and I wanted to know how do i reset it and put my name on it?

0 If they are using the embedded voicemail for thre Mitel, once you log into your voicemail press 8"users options". Then press 6 for name and re-record name.
