Question About Midland Radio Two-Way Radio LXT320
won't turn on...

We have 2 of these LXT320 models of Midland 2-way radios and one did not turn on and other powered up last night and this morning its doing same as the other one. we bought it couple of years ago they were stored until last night, There was no battery isue or any corrotion at the battery contacts. what should we do besides tossing them in trash?
