I am interfacing this unit with an Autocom motorcycle intercom system via the Autocom supplied cables. It works, but others can barely hear me but the carrier is strong. The Autocom cables say they are for a 700 series Midland GMRS radio. Is there a change between the 700 series and the 850 series radios that would change the impedance while using the remote plug on the radio?
