Folks, I have a pair of Midland GXT650 radios. One works find, but the other will not transmit. The battery shows fully charged and I have checked my settings several times that all seem to be in order. It does the following. When I hit the PTT button to transmit, all icons appear on the screen and continuously flash, but it will not transmit. It is not on lock and the battery is fully charged. I can hear the other radio, but cannot transmit. Please help. Thanks
