My radio won't transmit or receive at all today. W...

My radio won't transmit or receive at all today. Worked fine yesterday in the rain. Has been dry for almost 24 hours, charged. Red light when talk button pressed, no green/feedback. Occasional amber, blinking or solid randomly. Don't know series number. Handheld two way.
