Question About Lucent Technologies Telephone 8403
Incorrect first password...

I have Lucent MLX-10DP at work. I'm trying to reach my voice messages. My first password was told me as "12345" but it doesn't work, the operator always says incorrect password. I can't listen to my voice mails now. What should I do?
