Hello I work in a sales business where calls are directed to the salesmen by a main line. my coworkers' phones all ring and anyone can answer by simply picking up the phone however I have to dial #557 before answering putting me at a severe disadvantage for answering phone calls. How do I reprogram my phone to just pick it up to answer?
