Question About LG Electronics Telephone LG 200C

On the face of the LG 200c screen, just above the "C" in "Contacts", there is an orange circular icon , which looks like a ragged broken circle. I can't find any reference to this is the users's guide. Does anyone have any suggestions on what this may be? Thanks!

5 I found your question while searching for this very thing... I discovered the answer by nosing around my phone. Go into menu, settings, my phone info, icon glossary (Menu-6-9-3)... If we are actually referring to the same symbol, it means that your phone would not send it's location in if you placed a 911 call. (GPS I think) If it COULD, there is another symbol that looks the same but with waves coming out of it.
