I cannot see my screen to navigate and I now find out that all my contacts have not been saved to the smart chip! Can someone please walk me through saving all my contacts to my smart chip? I need someone to tell me step by step without having to follow the screen EX: hit the upper left button then arrow down 5 times, and click "ok". I really appreciate the help!
