I need to unlock outgoing calls. Last week I pressed Trans/PGM 21 Hold/Save. Now the Mute button flashes and there is an intermittent dia tone. Calls to other office phones still works, but access is denied when placing an outbound call. I just need to know the combination of buttons to unlock the feature, please.
