Question About LG Electronics Telephone ipLDK-20
I can call out but not receive calls...

We were given this telephone system when we moved offices. we can call out but not recieve calls. When a call comes in "Line 1" flashes red but we can not physically answer the call. When we try caling the number we get an engaged/busy tone. We do not know how to sort this out. Can anyone help?
