Does anyone know ho to fix the connection between ...

Does anyone know ho to fix the connection between the main switch and one of the internal stations? The manual is useless for troubleshooting and LG do not offer any support for these phones. When I press station 100 it's dead. The person at that extension can call me at reception. I don't understand why this is malfunctioning.. Thanks
