I have misplaced my users manual can I get one? I have a hard time hearing the calls coming in. I can adjust the volume for listing after I make a call or if a call comes in put that doesn't increase the volume when the call is being made. When I want to make a call and it says say a command it is hard to hear. When I first turn it on the volume is low. Can I increase the volume of this part of the head set
