When going according to the manual clicking the multipurpose button (from when it's off) for several seconds, it won't blink rapidly, but only in standard pace and my iphone4 BT (after several resets as well) cannot find it ....the same happens with other phones, the iqua is simply not found by any phone!!! will go to trash and buy jabra instead - very disappointed.
