Hi there....i have the February 2002 manual for our AXXESS Intertel phone for administrators, but I cannot successfully get into the voicemail on one of the 18 phones we have. I need to reset the password from my Admin phone but cannot locate the proper menu. I tried to reset from that actual extension but no success. Can you help? thanks, Don
