Question About Infinite Peripherals Telephone II/III/IV
4 out of 6 lines are saying "New VM Messages 001" ...

4 out of 6 lines are saying "New VM Messages 001" and I cannot get a dial tone to call out, but I can pickup incomming calls. Why can't I call out on the 1, 2, 3, 4 lines? I am the front desk phone. lines 5 & 6 work fine.

0 I have the manual, it doesn't say anything about line connection.
