How do I change a password when I dont know what the previous users password is?

0 No easy solution. The Hitachi does not make a voicemail system so it it's connected to a 3rd party system. 3 most popular voicemail system used are: 1) InnLine series by InnOvations 2) ActiveVoice Repartee by AVST 3) MItel Messenger(formerly Centigram/Baypoint). Without knowing which system is in play, we are stuck in the mud.
