0 The phone is actually known as a SelecSet 400. To program the buttons (if the feature code is left defaulted) 1) Speaker 2) #7(Feature code) 3) Press the button you want programmed (it should light up if available - if doesn't it's a hard key) 4) extension # or 9+outside # 5) Wait 3 seconds and get confirmation tone Done That is for speed dialing buttons. If it's for to pick up and answer other extensions, it is very similar but the extensions have to be in the same "key group" which is programmed at the CMAT terminal.
