We have a 26958ge-1 Mhz. We have bundling with War...

We have a 26958ge-1 Mhz. We have bundling with Warner Cable. The light doesn't come on when we use their phone messages. However when we turn on the wall phone message system we hear nothing but the red light is on. Plus there is no manual to explain what any on the buttons do and how to use them. We are totally confused.
