Question About GE Telephone 25861ge3-b
phone won't work...

We just had an 18 hour power failure in my area - Williamsport, PA which involved PPL Electric Utilities. When dialing out I get an UNAVAILABLE. Can someone help me or should I junk my phone and get another.
