I have the GE 29269GE1-A and changed the batteries...

I have the GE 29269GE1-A and changed the batteries recently and when I did I lost the 9 quick dial numbers I had previously stored in memory. I cannot find the owners manual my model is not listed in your model listings of user manuals. Would you please outline the steps to reenter/store quick dial numbers or even better the manual. Thank you,
