The telephone will not accept incoming messages ... after 10 rings the greeting is played and the phone then says that the memory is full. How is this problem fixed? Also the phone does not indicate that any calls have been received. Why is tis happening? How can these problems fixed. I tried resetting the phone and the Time/date to ensure this was active. Yes the power is plugged in and the phone line is connected ... the display is lit and the phone (as a phone) is functional. Please advise on the best course of action to make tis phone function properly.
