Today, I used my phone to make a call. A few minutes later I received an incoming call, but when I pressed the "talk" button to answer it, there was no reception or sound. Then when I tried to place another call, there was no dial tone, yet the phone rings with incoming calls, and all the lights on. Any idea what is wrong and how to correct it?
