Question About GE Cordless Telephone None
Manual Needed for GE Cordless Phone...

I have model 27831GE2-A and it doesn't seem to want to work anymore. Changed the battery. Do I need to charge it on the base unit? Maybe the manual will ofer troubleshooting tips. HELP!
