My machine is old but in good condition. Any thoughts why it will not play my messages back to me when I access the machine away from home? I put in my 3 digit code and the machine beeps just as it should but it does not play the functions to access the messages. I even tried selecting the number 1 which is the function to play back the messages but my machine does not play back the messages to me. It beeps two times and hangs up eventually.
