I have a corded phone with an answering machine GE MODEL #27958GE20B. IT RINGS WITH A FUNNY RING AND SHOWS NO CALLER ID AND WILL NOT ALLOW THE ANSWERING TO WORK AND ALSO CAN'T NOT TOUCH THE NUMBER BUTTONS THEY ARE STIFF. I CAN RECEIVE INCOMING CALLS ONLY. IS IT BECAUSE MY PHONE IS AROUND 71 YEARS OLD. OR WHAT IS IT.
