Hi, My product is 29878GE2-B 5648KT S/NO 60295240 My answering machine stopped taking messages due to multiple power failures in our sector. I would like to put it on again but I am asked to enter a password. I don't have a password. Can you help me with this so I can put my machine to take messages again? Thank you,
