I've had my phone for nearly 2 yrs and have never had a problem. But yesterday when I went to make my 2nd call (1st one was fine), the sound nearly disappeared! The volume is at the max and yet--I can BARELY hear the person I'm speaking to--and yet they can hear me loud & clear. Did I hit a wrong button? I can't seem to fix the volume back to normal. PLEASE HELP!!!
