For recording messages, there are 2 buttons: "A" ...

For recording messages, there are 2 buttons: "A" and "B." In trying to record on "B" I hear the words "Greeting Play. After tone record message." Following this, a tone used to come on and I could then record an alternate greeting. Now the tone won't come on at all so I can't record a "B" message. Thank you for your help. Linda
