Help! Rolodex RF128a...

unable to enter info or update my pda. A gift from family member do not have manual Can you reset the menu so it will work? Help appreciated. bjb

0 There is a reset hole on back of battery case. Stick an unbent paper clip end into hole and it will ask if you want to reset. I am looking for SYM on this model, as I just bought a used one on ebay. Everything else works fine.
