How do i transfer a call coming in to another enge...

How do i transfer a call coming in to another engenius cordless phone? what does pbx mean? I tried to set up for transfering by but it didnt work . now one of the phones does not have dial tone. what did i do ? is there a tech that can come here and set these phones up for us and do a trainig for us.?
