When I dial, nothing happens. There is a dial tone on the line, but when I dial the individual numbers I do not hear anything to match the digits dialed. I think this may be easy to fix if I can get a CUSTOMER SUPPORT clerk to dial my number (334-361-0686) for a live voice or to type in a LIVE CHAT on my computer screen.
