I just bought this phone.. nothing shows up on the screen when incoming calls are coming in.

0 Caller ID is a telco service that you have to pay for.

0 caller id,in most places,is an option.you have to pay extra to get that service.if thats not the case,then i would suggest that #1 make sure you're plugged in to the receptacle firmly,#2 the battery is fully charged,#3 if its a used unit,take a pencil eraser and clean the contact points located at the bottom of the handset. thank you!
