I downloaded the manual last night and couldn't find even ONE WORD of help for my problem, as previously described. There was no tone for each of the digits in the number I was dialing. The phone itself contained the usual dial tone, but when I dialed the digits in the number I wanted to call, there was NO TONE for the digits dialed. I need live chat.
