Speaker Volume & caller ID...

1) Just purchased an Emerson EM2646 and the Caller ID comes in with half letters. 2) How do I raise the speaker volume? I do not have the manual. Thanks

0 Slide the volume switch on the right side of the base unit to adjust the speakerphone volume from max to min.
