somehow my phone got turned into the old fashion p...

somehow my phone got turned into the old fashion phones where you hear it dial the number slowly and you cannot push the keys when you call someplace and they tell you to push 1 for this or that it doesnt work. Please help what button or buttons do I push. I have a emerson dect60. Thanks
