Emerson 6120-2 is plugged in correctly. No dial tone. email sent with no response. On hold with 1-877 number yesterday for more than 25 minutes -no one answered. The time frame for calling is short. No one answered phone this morning when the service was suppose to begin at 9 AM EST. Am still on hold. Terrible customer service.
