A school in our district has a Dukane StarCall intergrated intercom system. not sure what model. I need to change the bell times but it tells me invalid sequence when putting in the password. Help please! I need a real manual!

0 Hi Brenda -

On the STARCall system, bell time cannot be changed through the phone, rather bells can only be enabled or disabled. Changing bell times requires the RAPID computer software.
