I got a D-Link DPH-120S VOiP phone. When it picks up and IP it just hangs on Connecting screen. Which means I cant access the menu nor can I access the web interface. Anyone can help please

0 I have been trying to access the setup menu of my phone after someone has entered a password, so have been trying all sorts of things. one thing i found is that if you hold down the menu button while you plug in the power, it gives you access to the menu. you can then check the IP address so that you can use the web interface. the other thing I got from Dlink tech help is for a system reset. pick up the handpeice dial 255*000 then OK this should perform a reset & may restore all your settings to factory. I can't tell yet cos when I press OK, it asks for a password- which I dont know !!
