Had to re-attach the bell on my 302 desk phone - was rolling around inside the phone when it arrived. I also have a Peice of metel - about 1 & 1/2" long that I believe is the striker for the bell - burt have no clue how to re-install it - and don't really want to return the phone - I can put the peice in - once I find out where it goes. Can anybody help me?
